  • Hello + Welcome!

I call hilly San Francisco home with my husband and wild child. I like wild, so I'd have it no other way. When I am not with my boys, I love to be out capturing life - people - in a fun and real way. It is work, but I get to laugh, play, cheer, and get excited … a lot.

Thanks for stopping by to visit my journal! Please make sure to leave a comment because I'd love to hear from you. It definitely makes my day.

Hope we connect some day soon!

The Way I View … Playtime!

Okay, so I may be a bit selfish here.  This is not just playtime for my little guy, but equally as much for me – if not more!  Nearing three years, Ian is totally into pretend play.  So I get this idea we should don him in a three piece suit and play high profile business man.  I had one basic idea in mind for the photo session, but knowing well that a toddler leads the session, I was ready for anything that rolls. And being flexible did not disappoint. We met many great folks that only added to the experience and made it truly unique.  I could not have planned this any better if I tried!  In addition to a couple surprises we danced on trains and cable cars and even the Embarcadero! Life.is.good.

Many many many thanks to those random folks who were open to joining in our fun, sharing laughs and especially for making my little one feel special – thanks to Wayne, Mike, Jerome, Josephine, the cable car drivers, the limo driver, and the Gott cooks who make the best french fries ever!

Starting the day off right with a shoe shine by Famous Wayne on Market Street – “THE shoeshine king of the world.”

Feeling polished and ready to go, Ian starts racing the bankers to the waiting limo.

Sure, we’ll take a ride to the bank.

Doing the happy dance for all the cars, trains and cable cars we’re trying today.

Tickets please!

Someone thinks he is Gene Kelly. Hhmmmmm, can you guess where this is going?

“I’m Singing in the Rain!”
Nothing like following a kid’s instinct and jumping into a cool water fountain on a nice day – smack in the middle of the financial district. Not only did we entertain ourselves, but we entertained all the business folks passing by.

All dry and warm again and ending an adventurous morning with a plateful of fries.
